Hello: I just received my order for a replacement power supply for a Seagate Backup Plus Hub 5 TB external hard drive. My drive still does not power up. Upon calling Seagate, I was told that this 2amp replacement would not work and that I would need a 3 amp charger for this drive - not the 2 amp charger that you advertise as a suitable replacement.
